Due to the individual customization of our crystal-based products, items are not exchangeable or returnable. All sales are final.

WHAT IF I MADE A PURCHASE AND NEED TO CANCEL?

If an item has not yet been processed for shipment, we are happy to issue a refund - reach out immediately to hello@starcodealchemy.com. However, please note that our credit card processors or PayPal may deduct a nominal fee for reversing the payment. All shipped items are final sale.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
