Shipping policy

Our top priority is to offer you the best shipping rate. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed at checkout. Our rates include a nominal handling fee to cover packaging and processing costs. 

Due to varying weight, dimensions, and country stipulations, we cannot discern ahead of time what the total cost of shipping will be for international items. Therefore, each customer will be billed retroactively for any additional shipping expenses. We encourage ALL international clients to add the e-mail address hello@starcodealchemy.com to their contacts to help prevent our e-mails from being intercepted by spam. 

All international orders are potentially subject to a Customs Duty or Tax imposed by their specific country. The amount will vary depending on the country you reside in and the declared value of your package. Due to the diversity of rates, we cannot discern this ahead of time, so we encourage you to do your own bit of research on your specific country. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to alter the declared value of shipments. All packages are declared at full commercial value as required by law.

We will make two e-mail attempts to reach each client regarding any outstanding postage due on international shipments. If our correspondences go unanswered for 2 weeks, it is your duty to reach out to us via e-mail at hello@starcodealchemy.com. Your package will be maintained here until the balance due is settled. No refunds will be given for ordered items, and then ignored on settling additional shipping expenses. Thank you immensely for your understanding.
